New start for Temperance Mark Lodge 774 |

| Temperance Mark Lodge No 774 kicked off the 2025/26 season at their new meeting place on 2nd September at Garston Masonic Hall. WBro Steve Cornwell the Worshipful Master opened the Lodge and then the secretary WBro Sandy Kean read the dispensation for the meeting. | |
| The main item on the agenda was the changes to the Lodge By –Laws, to cover such things as; change of venue and change of the September meeting date. WBro Steve Cornwell then invited WBro Derek Gaskell to present the Mark Lecture. Derek presented the lecture in his own style; which was once described by a former Cheshire Mark PGM as ‘enthusiastic and dramatic’. | |

| WBro Steve Cornwell thanked Derek for the presentation and WBro Sandy Kean for all the hard work he had put in organising the By-Laws and the clerical side of the move. Steve also thanked WBro Rob James and the other members who assisted in the physical moving of the equipment to Garston Masonic Hall. | |
| We wish Temperance Mark Lodge many new candidates and many happy years at the new venue. | |

| Please note that this year’s Royal Ark Mariner Assembly will be held at, Westhoughton Masonic Hall on Tuesday 16th September. | |
| Provincial Grand Lodge Meeting will be held in Blackpool on 15th April 2026. This is a month earlier than usual. | |
